In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the gt018 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account or continuing to use the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. gt018 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed, and any Wallet balance (including winnings) may be forfeited.

2.2 Residency. The gt018 platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the gt018 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. gt018 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gt018 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. gt018 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed and any Wallet balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Ineligible Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a gt018 Account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, officers, directors, or contractors of gt018 or any of its affiliated entities; (c) immediate family members of the persons described in (b); (d) persons who have been self-excluded from the gt018 platform or any affiliated platform; (e) persons who have been permanently banned from the gt018 platform.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the gt018 platform's betting and gaming services, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete information including, at minimum: a valid Indonesian mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. gt018 reserves the right to require additional information at registration or at any subsequent time.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. gt018 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). gt018 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or following a pattern of suspicious activity. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Activation. gt018 reserves the right to accept or decline any Account registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the platform.

3.5 Withdrawal Method Registration. To process a withdrawal, you must register at least one approved withdrawal method in your own name (matching your registered Account name). Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the name of the Account holder.

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify gt018 immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. You can do so via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. gt018 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

4.3 gt018 Will Never Request Your Password. gt018 support staff will never ask for your password or full OTP during any support interaction — via live chat, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from gt018 requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent.

4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring the security of any device used to access your gt018 Account. gt018 recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your Account and avoiding login from unrecognized or shared devices. Active sessions can be reviewed and terminated from your Account security settings.

5.1 Accepted Methods. gt018 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard.

5.3 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gt018 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs arising from an incorrect deposit currency are the sole responsibility of the Member.

5.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your gt018 Wallet originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.5 Deposit Account Rotation. For security purposes, gt018 bank transfer deposit account numbers are rotated periodically. Always use the deposit account number displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transfer. gt018 is not responsible for funds transferred to expired or incorrect deposit accounts.

5.6 Deposit Crediting. Successfully processed deposits are typically credited to your gt018 Wallet within seconds. If a deposit is not reflected within 10 minutes, contact the gt018 support team via live chat with your bank transaction reference for manual verification.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members whose Accounts have been verified in accordance with Clause 3.3 (KYC). gt018 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification.

6.2 Name Matching. All withdrawal requests will be processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the gt018 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet withdrawals.

6.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for Accounts subject to additional verification review.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.6 Right to Delay. gt018 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for security review, fraud prevention, or KYC compliance purposes. gt018 will notify the Member of any such delay via their registered contact details.

7.1 General. gt018 offers various promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers aligned with Indonesian calendar events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotional offers are subject to terms specific to each promotion, which will be published on the gt018 platform at the time of the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple Accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account suspension.

7.4 Abuse and Arbitrage. gt018 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other form of strategic manipulation designed to exploit promotional offers. A determination of bonus abuse is made at gt018's sole discretion.

7.5 Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Member's Account without further notice.

7.6 gt018's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions. gt018 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to cancellation will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. Bets placed on the gt018 sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet instruction is confirmed by the Member. gt018 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

8.2 Errors and Misprints. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, lines, or market information (including typographical errors, data feed errors, or system malfunctions), gt018 reserves the right to void any bets placed based on the erroneous information, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or the event has concluded.

8.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: (a) the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the result is determined; (b) the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error; (c) a manifest odds error is identified; (d) gt018 determines the bet was placed in bad faith or in contravention of these Terms. Void bet stakes are returned to the Member's Wallet.

8.4 Sports Betting — Market-Specific Rules. Individual sport and competition rules (including settlement procedures for Asian handicap, mix parlay accumulators, and bandar bola markets) are published in the gt018 Sportsbook Rules section, accessible from the platform. These market rules form part of this Agreement.

8.5 Live Casino and Slots. The rules governing all live casino games and slot titles are determined by the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, etc.) and are displayed within each game environment. gt018 does not alter game rules or RTP figures set by the licensed studios.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt018 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account under any combination of personal details or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with gt018.
• Using the platform if under 21 years of age or in a jurisdiction where access is prohibited.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or AI tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or insider information — placing bets based on non-public information or in coordination with other players to unfairly influence outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through techniques including but not limited to arbitrage betting, scalping, and multi-account bonus farming.
• Money laundering or use of proceeds of criminal activity — using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider without first contacting gt018 support.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at gt018 staff or other platform users.

10.1 Player Welfare. gt018 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. The platform offers a full suite of voluntary self-management tools accessible from every Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

10.2 Activation of Limits. Deposit limits, loss limits, and session reminders take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen exclusion period.

10.3 Mandatory Restrictions. gt018 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, require cooling-off periods, or suspend Accounts where gt018 has reasonable grounds to believe a Member may be experiencing problem gambling behaviors — irrespective of whether the Member has voluntarily activated any self-management tools.

11.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the gt018 platform — including but not limited to the gt018 brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, and game interfaces — are owned by gt018 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

11.2 Limited License. gt018 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gt018 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

11.3 Restrictions. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the gt018 platform or its content without prior written authorization from gt018. Unauthorized use of gt018's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

12.1 Platform Availability. gt018 endeavors to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond gt018's reasonable control. gt018 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

12.2 Excluded Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt018 will not be liable for: (a) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from reliance on inaccurate data or odds information; (d) losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

12.3 Cap on Liability. gt018's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gt018 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. gt018 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond gt018's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet outages, civil unrest, or actions by government authorities.

13.1 gt018's Right to Suspend. gt018 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances: (a) suspected breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; (d) receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; (e) regulatory requirement; (f) any other reason at gt018's sole discretion.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination: (a) your right to access the gt018 platform ceases immediately; (b) any active bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures where possible; (c) any legitimate Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements; (d) gt018 may retain transaction and Account records in accordance with its data retention obligations.

13.3 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your gt018 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests from Members who have activated self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Upon closure, any Wallet balance (net of unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered method.

14.1 Data Collection. gt018 collects and processes personal data about its Members in connection with account registration, identity verification, betting activity, and customer support interactions. The categories of data collected and the purposes for which they are processed are described in detail in the gt018 Privacy Policy.

14.2 Data Use. Personal data is used by gt018 for the following primary purposes: (a) account management and authentication; (b) processing deposits and withdrawals; (c) KYC and anti-money laundering compliance; (d) fraud detection and security monitoring; (e) responsible gaming monitoring; (f) customer support; (g) marketing communications (where consent has been given). gt018 does not sell personal data to third parties.

14.3 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

15.1 International Operation. The gt018 platform operates under an international gaming license. Licensing and regulatory matters are governed by the applicable international gaming authority under which gt018 is licensed. gt018 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful under the domestic laws of Indonesia, and you access and use the platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.

15.2 Disputes . Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to gt018's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting the gt018 support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint.

15.3 Resolution Timeline. gt018 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours of receipt and endeavor to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable under gt018's operating license.

16.1 Right to Amend. gt018 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on the gt018 platform at gt018.app/terms-conditions with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

16.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where gt018 makes material changes to these Terms — changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — gt018 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or via your registered contact details. The definition of "material" is at gt018's reasonable discretion.

16.3 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Your continued use of the gt018 platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.3.
